Free ticket reservations for persons with disabilities or holders of an EU Disability Card or other document + 1 companion must be made by writing to palazzopepoli@bolognawelcome.it or by going directly to the museum ticket office.
When booking online, you will only pay a deposit (€5 for full price tickets and free for reduced price tickets) for admission to the museum. You will be asked to pay the remaining amount at the ticket office before the start of the show.
