Dramamentis
Admission to the Museum of the History of Bologna + concert by musicians from the G.B. Martini Conservatory

Musicians from the G.B. Martini Conservatory perform in a music festival in the heart of Bologna.
The initiative will allow Conservatory students to perform in a prominent setting, offering the city a programme of musical research. The calendar of events will feature various educational disciplines: from orchestral ensembles to jazz groups and experiments in applied music.
HALL PROGRAMME
Sunday 19 April 2026
4.30 p.m.
Dramamentis is a work for voice, flute and live electronics, which explores the relationship between music and theatre, operating through the timbral hybridisation of voices, physical instruments and synthetic instruments, combined to create sound dramaturgies capable of incorporating narrative and evocative elements. A stage in which visual predominance gives way to the much more fertile indeterminacy of sound representation, capable of shifting the scene from a physical location to the viewer's imagination, thus creating a “theatre of the mind”.
Composers and performers:
Anna Balstrieri
Dario Boccato
Tommaso Fornaciari
Nicholas Mesoraca
Tommaso Michelini
Edoardo Pagli
part of the Bologna-based collective Unterbahn
The project is part of a broader strategic vision aimed at promoting the dissemination of musical culture in the urban fabric. Thanks to this synergy between institutions, the educational excellence of the “Martini” leaves the historic classrooms to meet the citizens in a context of inestimable architectural value, restoring Bologna's vocation as a UNESCO Creative City of Music.
